A Guardian's Hunt for All Nine Neomuna Action Figures
Locate all Cloud Strider action figures in Destiny 2 Lightfall and earn the Virtual Fighter title.
The streets of Neomuna glimmered under the twilight of Neptune’s artificial sky as a lone Guardian stepped out of the Strider’s Gate landing zone. It was 2026, yet the pursuit of collectibles from the Lightfall era still occupied many a Guardian’s spare time. For those chasing the Virtual Fighter title, nine elusive Cloud Strider action figures waited across the city, each demanding more than a simple sweep of the floor. These weren’t mere trinkets to be picked up: they required wits, speed, and sometimes a hail of gunfire.

The first stop was Zephyr Concourse, the heart of Neomuna’s neon-lit leisure district. The Guardian made for the southeast corner, where a small bar sat nestled between holographic advertisements. Past the counter, among half-empty glasses and forgotten coasters, the tiny figure of a Cloud Strider rested. It was almost too easy, but the Guardian knew the subsequent trials would not be so forgiving.
A Sparrow ride west brought the Guardian to Esi Terminal, a quieter zone with an abandoned pub that still smelled of stale synth-ale. After clearing out a handful of Cabal lingering near the stairs, the path descended into a dim kitchen. The sink glowed with an interact prompt. A message flickered: “The dishes are pilling up!” Suddenly, four orbs materialised around the room, and the task was clear: dunk them into the sink one by one while Gladiators roared from the shadows. With the last orb deposited, the sink emitted a soft chime, and the second action figure appeared right where the water would have run.

Deeper into the city, the Irkalla Complex and its Veil Containment facility held the third collectible. The Guardian bounded over a small balcony from Esi Terminal’s entrance, threading through Cabal patrols until a portal whisked them into the shadow of the Veil. Here the challenge shifted: jump onto the perimeter wall, then leap from one shattered artillery cannon to another. Each time they landed, a Darkness shard blinked into existence in the distance. Three shards shattered by precise fire, and a proud action figure popped into being atop a cannon, glinting in the facility’s eerie light.

Ahimsa Park was the next destination, a serene memorial garden now scarred by war. In the central building, the Guardian found a stairwell and ducked beneath it. In the dark gap between stair and floor, the fourth figure sat quietly, as if waiting for someone who knew to look down.

Not far from the park loomed the Typhon Imperator, Emperor Calus’s personal vessel. The Guardian boarded the colossal ship and pressed to its farthest chamber, passing through a portal into a circular arena. A bowl on a shelf offered a trial of speed: sprint through a sequence of Vex cubes before a ten-second window expired. Strand’s grapple proved invaluable, whipping the Guardian from one floating cube to the next. The path spiralled upward and across the room, demanding split-second reactions. With a final lunge onto the last cube, the fifth action figure appeared, a trophy of velocity and nerve.

Liming Harbor’s central structure called for a different kind of test. In its northern reception area, a terminal activated a wave defense. Vex units began marching toward the doors behind the Guardian, who stood their ground at the desk. A Machine Gun turned the tide, cutting down anyone trying to sneak past. The final Vex dissolved, leaving the sixth action figure resting right on the reception desk as a reward.

South of the harbor, the massive docked ship Radiosonde hid the seventh puzzle. Past destructible doors and Vex resistance, a small terminal bathed in blue light presented a sequence of images. The solution was a memorised pattern: shoot the plates under the symbols in the order 6-8-4-5-2-7-1. The Guardian’s rifle spoke each number, and when the last plate flashed, the terminal bloomed with the seventh action figure.

Maya’s Retreat, a cavernous path beyond Radiosonde, contained three hidden braziers that needed igniting. The Guardian lit the first behind a rock near the Apogee Repeater, then crossed a canyon to a cave where the second brazier lay. The third required a grapple up the cliffs to a nook guarded by Vex. With all three flames dancing blue, the eighth action figure materialised under the final brazier, a testament to thorough exploration.

Back at Strider’s Gate, the ninth and final figure waited inside the yellow recreational building filled with arcade cabinets. Interacting with one machine transported the Guardian into a shooting range with a ticking timer marked by diamond symbols. Five waves of explosive barrels, interspersed with octahedron time-extenders, tested patience and accuracy. A Scout Rifle made short work of the targets, and between waves the Guardian scanned for floating diamonds to reset the countdown. The last wave’s barrels hugged the walls and platforms; a single well-placed shot to the cluster on the right, then swift pivots to the edges, secured victory. The shooting range faded, and the ninth action figure appeared in the Guardian’s hands.

All nine figures now found their home in the very same recreational building. From the Strider’s Gate spawn, the Guardian dropped down to the yellow building and placed each figure on designated display tables around the room. With every figurine positioned, the ‘They’re Not Dolls’ Triumph flashed complete, and the Virtual Fighter title drew one step closer. The hunt had proved that even in 2026, Neomuna still held secrets worth uncovering, each one a small story in the life of a Guardian.
